Company details
This website is operated by Teampartner, Lda., a Portuguese private limited company (sociedade por quotas) with sole registration and legal entity number 510 513 409 and registered office at Rua José Augusto Seabra, n.º 17 B, Escritório C, 1500-675 Lisboa, Portugal.
Contacts: geral@teampartner.pt, +351 211 976 777 (call to a Portuguese landline) and +351 916 161 613 (call to a Portuguese mobile network).
Purpose of the website
The website presents TeamPartner and its accounting, tax and business support services, and lets you request a proposal or a contact. It is not an online shop: no contracts are concluded and no payments are made through it.
Website information
The website content is general and for information only. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, which always depends on an analysis of the specific situation.
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but legislation and administrative practice change often. Before making decisions, talk to us or to a qualified professional.
Proposal and contact requests
Sending a request does not create a contract or oblige either party to enter into one. Each proposal is tailored, with its scope, timing and fees, and the service only starts once it has been accepted in writing.
When you send a request, you agree to provide truthful information and not to use other people's data without authorisation. The data is processed as explained in the privacy policy.
Use of the website
You may use the website for legitimate personal and business purposes. We may restrict or block abusive use. You must not:
- Try to access non-public areas or systems, or compromise the security or operation of the website.
- Send bulk or automated requests, or unlawful, offensive or malicious content.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Copy the website, or substantial parts of it, for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, logos, images and videos on the website belong to Teampartner, Lda. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The TeamPartner brand and its distinctive signs may not be used without permission.
The images and videos of spaces and meetings are illustrative brand scenes, some of them produced with artificial intelligence tools.
You may share links to the website's pages and quote short extracts, citing the source.
Links to other websites
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, maps, the Portuguese electronic complaints book or the CNPD. TeamPartner does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy and cookie policies.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the website available and secure, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures or reasons beyond TeamPartner's control.
To the extent permitted by law, TeamPartner is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of its general content. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence and does not affect consumers' statutory rights.
Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy. The website does not use cookies, as described in the cookie policy.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You can file a complaint in the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, such as the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa). More information is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For disputes with businesses, the courts of the Lisbon district have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the rights the law grants them regarding the competent court.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
